I rarely write reviews but I’ve always liked jango because it is free, with NO intrusive commercials. Most responsive and respectful customer service as well. So far MacOS 15.4 seems to coexist well with jango :) I need to test more with iOS 18.4 but what’s most important is both Apple operating systems have just now been released. Therefore this version of jango was well designed to follow Apple’s guidelines :) Well done and thank you to the folks at jango !

I would share this with ppl that love music

The latest update (3/25/2025) does not work. Will not allow me to open the app or sign in. iPhone 12 Pro Max. iOS 18.3.2

I have a question about this app it works fine, including switching songs and everything when you throw an artist up, it works fine too, but when you thumb down an artist, the app seems to crash and takes you completely out of it. Meaning it goes straight back to your home screen of your iPhone. It takes you completely out of the app why is that? Maybe it’s a bug maybe it can be fixed besides that this is a real great app. it only happens when you thumb down songs the app completely crashes, which I do believe that would be a bug within the app.

Look. It’s pretty good. Similar, but different than the other apps - but not in a bad way. Stoked I came across it 🤙

Love Jango. Simple free app without all the stuff I don’t use or need to listen to music that the subscription services provide. The only complaint I have is that it is not Apple CarPlay compatible. If you could fix the app so it is on Apple CarPlay it would be perfect.

Love your app; the one issue i have is that i can’t go back and like a song once the newer song plays. I miss knowing what ive listened to.

Listened to this station in a number of different genres and was impressed with sound quality. Also had a question and the response was immediate. Would make one suggestion; the ability to listen to complete albums .

some songs are censored, and Ocean by TK Kravitz and Jacquees is replaced by record year by Eric Church? What? not that I don't like Eric Church, but please do not kill the vibe by replacing that song, my iPhone says that Ocean is playing when it's record year boo. and please add a Crossfade feature. And by the way, whenever I try to vote for an independent artist and share my email, I got logged out and had to have help by logging in because I am a voiceover user. and please remove record year and put ocean, PnB rock radio by the way only enough to deduct one star. I’ve waited too long to leave this review. I drive a lot. 200 miles every day. And when I want to jam out with my favorite artists with some great recommendations AND hear indie artists… well, there’s only one app that’s suitable. JANGO, my mango. It’s free. It’s so cool. Download it now.

Only allowed limited skips

I love the app and its features it’s amazing and I listen to it a lot but I can’t find any FNaF music or Hazbin Hotel. I’m not saying to add only these but to add more types of music to make it better. Other than this it’s a good app.

Was tired of paying Spotify a bunch of money to basically listening to the radio. Jango is less fluff. Simple. Love it.

I loved this app until they started this new artist ratings. These do not match up with the stations or genres listened to. Because it is commercial free I use this app for my background music as a massage therapist.—which I am increasingly unable to do as electric songs or R&b songs or techno will suddenly show up on my yoga/meditation station. I will have to find another commercial free app.

Promising New Venue for Music Discovery!

I really like the business model of helping new artists get exposure and get unbiased ratings from their audience. In that sense it’s not free. I’m happy to help, and I appreciate being rewarded for my opinion and my time. I hope Jango helps great new talent find the success they deserve.

It’s just a great way to listen to tunes. For me I say Rock On.

Every music streaming app seems to claim “ad free music” or you have to pay some crazy amount of money every month to listen ad free. This is truly ad free music for free! Best music app hands down. I love that local and not yet famous artists are included in the mix. Best way to find new music guaranteed!

Excellent a hidden gem, lucky to have discovered this station

I use Jango when I work on essays at school because unlike Spotify you have infinite skips and there are no ads!

No matter what genre of music I listen to, they are all great. I listen to rock ‘n’ roll, blues, and country western, always a good amount of stations to choose from.

Excellent source of Commercial-free music with sleep timer.

There may be legitimate reasons for the lower star ratings but having installed and used the application non-stop for 34 minutes, I’d say the only ‘downsides’ to this app are: cannot scroll through the song, I think wifi is always required to play music (but there are other places you can download music for free), and I’m not sure if/how to create playlists. That said I would use this app to the ends of the world and then some (provided it stays so good or improves 😁😁).

Excellent, works everywhere I’ve traveled overseas,which is not the case with the free versions of the big-name apps.

I've been using Jango Radio since April and it's recently become my go-to music streaming app! The interface is user-friendly, and the personalized radio stations are incredibly accurate. I love that I can create custom stations based on my favorite artists, songs, or genres. The music selection is vast, and the discovery feature has introduced me to so many new artists and tracks. The ads are minimal and non-intrusive, even on the free version. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add more social features, like sharing favorite stations or discovering friends' listening habits. Overall, Jango Radio is a must-have for music lovers. Give it a try – you won't be disappointed!

I’m so glad this app is working again this was my favorite App when it first came out then one day it stopped working I hope it continues to work!!

So many choices

Too many limitations and too many commercials.

The latest update really improved the looks and functionality of Jango. If you try it, you'll love it...just that simple. Apple had a good idea when it started iTunes Radio, but they are now only allowing access to iTunes Music subscribers, at ten dollars per month. Personally, I'd like to delete the music app from my iPad. Jango=free streaming, no limits on skips, just a great experience.

I like that it supports artists instead of playing commercials.

This app was where I listened to adele for the very first time years ago when android was new 😭😭🫶🏻🫶🏻 in times of spotify and apple music i still love this app. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

This streaming musik app is Outstanding! Great sound and controls. For a such a small program you get a lot of options. No commercial breaks is almost unheard of now. Will be a fan of Jango Radio Musik for a long time! Check it out!
